I was reading through some profiles and ran across Ultron's, and something stuck out at me.
"Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Should be comparable to the Main Universe Ultron. Was able to quickly comprehend the entirety of the multiverse. Hacked into the world's nuclear codes. Waged war against the entire Universe and emerged victorious),.."
Aside from cracking nuclear codes (gifted to E.G. feat) comprehended the multiverse I see would fall in line of an S.G. feat (under non-tech criteria).
"Other ways to qualify through non-technological means are to bae able to process and understand literally infinite [or innumerable] amounts of information [...] through [...] comprehension".
