Well the thing is that Yog Sothoth is a fundamental constant of Azathoth's dream, that was my point. Even if something with a high enough level of Tier High 1-A (like idk, Featherine August Aurora or some Tier 0 like TOAA or Kami Tenchi) somehow managed to destroy Yog Sothoth, Azathoth would just dream it right back into existence as if nothing ever happened. Existence erasing Yog Sothoth on any level, would still just result in Azathoth dreaming it right back into existence.PaChi2 said:I feel that the outer Gods simply have Immortality reliant on Azathoth and you havent shown any Regenerationn feat for Yog.
Why is True godly regen given to people with 0 regen feats.
"They can survive 1-A destruction" is not a regen feat. Its a dura feat unless the feat in question happens.
Well I mean. . . .the thing about the Outer Gods, ESPECIALLY Yog Sothoth and The Nameless Mist and ones like that, is that they are technically PART of Azathoth, or more properly part of its timeless dream. EVERYTHING in the Cthulhu Mythos is just a part of the limitless mind/thoughts of Azathoth. But Yog Sothoth in-particular could be considered like, the primary nexus of Azathoth's dream. . . .in a way, Yog Sothoth is like the mind of Azathoth itself, in a sense, which is why Yog Sothoth is coterminous with and identified with all of physical and metaphysical reality. Yog Sothoth is both the Gate and the Key.Agnaa said:Wouldn't the distinction be that the Regenerationn is through their own power, while the reliant immortality is based on a higher being bringing them back or keeping them alive?
