Island Level Casshern?

I think said robot needs a revision bad. He's at Island level due to being scaled to Dio who tanked a "Super Nuke".

1: Dio only appeared in Sins, not the original series, 94 OVA, or live action movie

2: I never saw any sort of "Super Nuke" in Sins. And i watched the series twice. (Unless there was something i critically missed, in which case, refresh my memory)

Anyways, this should be fine, but what should he be changed to?

That i dunno as i was so enamored with the show, i didn't bother checking for feats. Maybe put him at unknown for now until some of his attacks (some caused craters i think?) can be calced?
