-While Isaiah's speed is unknown, he did tag Terry Crews, whose Sub-Relativistic and Isaiah also has reality warping.

Battle takes place on earth, morals off. (Please serious answers.)

Boros is considered to be Sub Relativistic since he kept up with casual Saitama, but Isaiah tagged Terry Crews, so Isaiah could be as fast, but Boros has more impressive feats of speed.
