Is this type 9 immortality or High Godly regen?

Could this be both? This is from Lost Canvas manga. Its Saint Seiya related. Ignore the first scan of the album. its the last 2 that that should be the focus of my question. Why not both? it does sound a lot like type 9 immortality, but its reliant on a dimensional value, and they will continue to revive until this dimension is destroyed. "High-Godly: The ability to regenerate even after the totality of your existence is erased, alongside the reality that you are present within that exists up to your own dimensional level"...?

I am just curious is all...

Unless you can show the higher-dimensional selves regen from the dimension being destroyed, it's not High-Godly.
