Is this allowed when doing calcs?

Character A has a subsonic+ speed feat. Character B by context is at least as fast as character A, but has no speed feats.

Is it allowed to use baseline subsonic+ in order to avoid calc stacking to calculate character B's movement KE (he is bigger than an average building).

No, because that is calc stacking. The only way it wouldn't be is if you got that subsonic+ speed in the scene where the feat was preformed.

KE calcs are also secondary priority if they don't match up with displayed showings.
