Is using subsonic reaction for these characters fine?

For calculation of blitzing feats, we usually use peak human or superhuman reaction time. To use anything higher, you would need some inverse statement for character having higher speed. Using calculated speed of the character would be calc stacking.
Susie is stated by narrator to be able to block sound waves from Ralsei nouth before they reach Lancer. She could react to it only after Ralsei starts talking, so it's not "aimdodging".
Can this narrator statement be considered as ingame statement of Susie having at least low end subsonic (reaction and movement) speed? (Which is 0.0291s)

If CGM, disagree with this notion, some calcs should be changed, since they use this justification to use 0.033s reaction timeframe for calculations.
If they do agree, following chars should have subsonic reactions:
1. Susie herself
2. Other Delta Warriors, who fight together with her.
3. SOUL (in battlebox only), since it representation of Delta Warriors (including Susie) in such segments. Note that if this CRT fails, I still would be interested in question of whether it should be allowed to assume for SOUL (in battlebox segments) to have at least superhuman movement speed using reasoning above.
4. Major antagonists, fight against whom has narrative importance.
5. Roaring Knight and Gerson
, who both blitz Susie with ease

I don't know. @Edutyn used it, CGM approved it.
I assume it makes some sense to use it in this calc, since Gerson appears simultaneously (within 1 frame) in many places, and it's clearly done via sheer speed. But not for other calcs. For these it should be either downgraded to superhuman reaction time, or upgraded to low end subsonic
 
In Chapter 4 there's more of this statements, dunno if for chapter 1 calcs you could as its only that statement supporting it

also, would significant speed blitz that fits Faster than Eye ratings count as direct showings of Subsonic speed even without statements nor calcs tho? theres likely some feats around that

My bad—when I was doing the calculation, I saw how strym did it on the other wiki and copied and pasted some parts, forgetting to change them afterward. If you’d like, I can recalc it.
 
What speed statements? Could you present them?
i meant rather the whole Chapter being related to Sound in the gameplay, and the sound of justice using sound, and all, dunno if its outright said in the chapter ´´i blocked a sound wave!´´ but sound of justice having that name and using sound counts, thats for Chapter 4 characters

i have seen verses like Demon Slayer being accepted for using assumed Transonic speed for Characters due to a character being stated to use sound a few times, and low tier characters dodging them

Are there pages in the wiki about when it's really allowed using reactions beyond 0.08 s? Or it's informal?

Ok.
(In case of potential misunderstanding, Knight and Gerson would get subsonic reaction timeframe for blitzing Susie, only if she gets it herself).
I would wait for another CGM opinion just in case.

So if some projectile shown to be x8 faster than SOUL in battlebox, should it be ok to calculate it's speed as 12.43 * 8 = 99.44 m/s
