DNA Absorption resulting in Biomorphing maybe? Assuming that it wasn't some kind of radioactive bee that induced the mutation. Context is needed, t most have an explaination.

It was just a normal bee from a bee hive, the character got stung then the next day he body began rapidly changing into a bee hybrid. The character said it something that happens to them.

Who is "them", tye bees or other characters? Sounds like there's no explaination given, is this a currently running serie or what?

It's from Busen is a Beast. A Nickelodeon show that is no longer running. The bees are just normal bees, nothing more, nothing less. Here's a video.

Mmm, it seems it replicate the properties of beings that... Sting it? Is up to you to determinate how consistent is that.
