Is this a good calculator to finding Sound Energy?

I was wondering, with how difficult it can be to find sound energy going off by decibels and what not, I was wondering would this link below be a good way as a step to finding the energy of sound produced?

On a side Note, i found interesting is how you can actually convert Pascals to decibels with this link, I found this information here.
 
Bump, I am asking because of the decibel chart in the link that shows pressure and intensity corresponding to each other, is it fair to assume that if you find decibels for one sound level type you can find the sound level value for the other?
