Is there a formula for calculating the force required to cause a shockwave of a certain size?

As the title suggests. I'm new to calculating and there was a potential feat I wanted to calculate for a verse but I can't seem to find any formulas related to it. Basically, someone creates a shockwave (without the use of magic or superpowers) the size of a small island and I want to know the force that'd be required to do that. Could I get any help if possible?

I heard that there was an explosion formula that was used for shockwaves, but lead to inflated results since it was meant to measure a specific part of a nuclear explosion or something?

One method worth checking out is a formula used by my friend on another site that he had found that can be used to calculate shockwaves, and the results looked pretty believable: https://qr.ae/pGE58Y

As for the wiki? Not sure if they have a formula for generating shockwaves.

Eventually we decided to just resort to using the normal explosion yields if the shockwave shows properties of destroying buildings and other reinforced concrete structures and the like, given the lack of any better alternatives.

Air displacement.

What about if it would have destroyed the trees surrounding the area (the trees can't be destroyed because in game they were in a safe area but it's stated if they could be they would have been)

Well, I think we have stated PSI values for various structures, let me check.

Found it. 6 psi for wood.
