Is there a Discord and how do you remove categories?

Normally I recommend using source view, and in literally any other instance I will but visual editor has a tool that really helps with adding categories.
Click the settings icon when in visual editor, then categories, and you'll see this screen.
From here you can add pre established categories easily.
