Is teleporting others always BFR?

What do we give to characters who can not only teleport themselves, but also others? Like, to allow other people to follow them.
Is it still considered BFR?

From BFR page: As long as they cannot return from wherever they have been transported to within a certain amount of time - a week, going by Standard Battle Assumptions - victory is reached through BFR.

So yeah only if they have the required amount of time that is a week.

Isn't that a rule valid only for vs matches? Because that's highly dependant on the opponent, not really to determine whether or not something is BFR.

Well I m not sure about that, but if you are teleporting someone to a place which can't return or difficult to return it should still be a BFR.

I mean, if the opponent can come back from whenever they are, they just have means to avoid BFR, it is not like sealing or anything, you throw them there and hope they don't leave.

For example, slowing time to someone, making them go half as fast, is still hax even if they are still 5x faster than you, the speed gap just counters the hax.

In this case, if the opponent is teleported to mars but can fly between planet, you can't deny they were BFR'ed, they just escapes and returned

winning by BFR is depended on your opponent actually staying there

I had originally believed that being able to teleport someone else is BFR, but apparently its not.

For example during a WandaVision episode, Wanda teleports someone into a cabinet and I tried to get it added in a CRT as BFR but ended up instead just being put as "Teleportation (on herself and others)"

Depens on where the cabinet was located. If it was in a different dimension then you'd have something but if she just teleported them in a cabinet, in the same area as herself then nothing's really stopping them from just getting out and continuing the fight.

It was the latter.
