Is Mewtwo really Moon Level?

The problem with Mewtwo's feat is that it didn't really cause any damage to the planet. Here , we can get a good look at the surroundings. After the attack, you'd expect to see a massive crator. Yet here, you can see no crator and relatively unchanged surroundings. This brings Mewtwo's feat into question, because it caused no real damage.

Its a game -_- just like Naruto ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, they use final attacks that shows the destruction of mountains and landscape but yet the arena they are fighting in is fine

It is quite normal for beat ´em ups and their ultimate attacks to not change the sorroundings. The causality of the cutscenes is often kinda removed from the rest, for example there are also ultimate moves in games where the character is shown to destroy planets or galaxys, even through doing that would obviously destroy the setting of the whole story.

I read on this wikia earlier that Charizard X durability is planet level because of the special with primal Groudon,Kyogre, and Ray. But a well trained Mega Blastoise defeated Charizard X, which would put Mega Blastoise as a planet buster.

But, if I were to threw out a well Frou Frou and it took a blast from mega Blastoise and it was still one piece that puts Frou Frou and planet level durability. Doesn't make sense does it?

I don´t know about the incident, but generally in pokemon one pokemon taking the attack of another is a game mechanic and should usually not be considered. The only reason to consider it is if it is a required event for the plot, so that it basically is part of pokemons lore that it happened.

If you wanna get trechincal it was really Multi-Continental+ because it covered the entire surface area of the earth and destroyed it as well
