Is it possible to calculate durability from landing into water?

In Chapter 12 of Ajin: Demi-Human, Kei Nagai slips off the edge of a building a few dozen stories high and lands into a river. As most people know, landing into a large body of water from a high altitude can be incredibly painful, even if it's just a bellyflop into a pool. That begs the question: Is it possible to derive durability from this?

I don't know but I heard that hitting water from a free fall is like hitting concrete, I guess you can but I don't know how.

Depends upon many factors, like your body's position when it hits the water and so on.

I have been told earlier on a Discord server that you can get the KE or PE of the splash made, given how the body would need to hit the water hard enough to send some of it flying up from the collision.
