info 2, is basically when information is a fundamental aspect of the verse. So it would be comparable to CM 1 and such. While data manipulation is just manipulating code in a computer through various means.

No, Data manipulation is by no means comparable to Reality warp, while information manipulation 2 would be.

Data manipulation basically allows you to ONLY control various type of software. This can be anywhere from downloading programs, too completely stopping them from working.

Because like DDLC's arg of having cm 2 is capable of erasing someone from existence no matter which spacetime it exists (which also allows to negate Mid Godly Regen) but Info 2 does the same thing by default as I remember

A standard user of information manipulation type 2 can by default affect a character whose abstract existence type 1 if its existence based on only information type 2 and this does not mean that the information type 2 user can affect the abstract existence type 1 character by using other abilities and bare punches.

The thing is that everything in DDLC is made from files, even stuff like time and plot. The reason why is also CM is that everything in the game is associated with its specific file, just like a concept is, hence why it's also CM 2, because of these making up also abstract things.
