I didn't even knew this guy existed, mind pointing if he is from the extended cannon (which we don't use) or what he wrote in life?

He is not extended Canon, He was made by Clark Ashton Smith the Author who made Yhoundeh and Atlach-Nacha

I don't think we can scale other characters from Tier 0's considering they are pretty much "**** logic" incarnate.

Characters that aren't created or recognized by Lovecraft aren't accepted AFAIK.

Atlach-Nacha, Hounds of Tindalos, Ythogtha, Yhoundeh and Cxaxukluth are all from different authors, But they are all In-Mythos which is fine ( From what I have seen.) Extended Mythos on the other hand, is unaccepted.

Tier 0 is no longer omnipotent as much as vastly beyond standard Tier 1-As. So it could very well be Tier 0.
As for the EU why aren't they used? At least it a separate key. It seems weird to not include offical expanded material.

Cxaxukluth should be Simular two its siblings The Unamed Darkness and The Nameless Mist, Both of which created Yog-Sothoth (Cthulhu Mythos) and Shub-Niggurath.

Both of which were erased from this wikia already, in fact, it doesn't make sense for him to be created by Azzy at all by fission if they are all but a dream, even Yog who is clossest to him is still a dream.

Cxaxukluth makes things complicated, since the "canon" from which he comes from Azathoth may not even be a tier 0.

It being inconsistent isn't really a valid reason to ignore the EU. Star Wars, both Canon and Legends, have EU feats multiple tiers higher than anything in the movies and also has contradicting elements with the movies. But are still considered valid profile wise.
I do understand 100% having a core only key, but a EU key shouldn't be rejected. Although this topic is for another thread I guess. Considering the current canon system has Clark be below Lovecraft, its probably just an inconsistency.

If you want things like Azathot being like 5-B and Nyarla being stronger plus other things more weird and inconsistent then go ahead a make a thread or the profiles.

@Qawsedf The fact that it's lowkey fanfiction made by hundreds of authors who write independently of each other and with no regards to each other's canon is a valid a reason.

I've said thst I've went off topic with the EU stuff. If there's a contradiction here, which there seemingly is, its just Clark having a different vision than Lovecraft. Which is just a contradiction that should probably be ignored.

If case my statement was misinterpreted, by "Which is just a contradiction that should probably be ignored" I was refering to Cxaxukluth being a fission of Azathoth. That aspect of the character should be ignored.

It doesn't really work that well, because it's not just a small difference it's a completely different cosmology and rules that don't work together at all.
Things like Star Wars and SCP that have their own extended canons have different tiers and keys depending on the source and don't cross scale, while Cxaxukluth is some sort of hybrid between the two. If we follow the canon he originally comes from he would probably be 5-A/4-C, because Azathoth is equivalent to a guy that is made up from a star.
