Well, Meliodas and IM can basically reflect each other almost of their attacks, but seems like Meliodas's clones can just do it once so Tony could have the advantage here.

Dunno about his black flames, Tony has a huge resistance against fire but i'm not sure about this, the Regenerationn negation part is rather useless since Tony has mid-low regen so is practically a moot point.

Tony's armor can absorb must kind of energy so black matter should not be a problem right? He tanked and absorbed energy attacks from the likes of Thor and Dr.Doom who also has magic.

Both have illusions but IM has invincibility and Meliodas's full counter doesn't work on physical attacks, so basically IM could try a sneak attack on him.

To me this whole battle is practically based on pure assumptions of " Iron man could or could not" so i'm going inconclusive, but leaning to IM with 7/10 Diff.
