Nolan states that he moved a planet closer to its sun so that all the oceans dried. We don't know distance, time or mass of the planet, but it could be low-balled.
To be fair, we don't know if he performed the feat by himself alone or if he used a machine or something like that, but it could grant him a possible tier.

I'm gonna spoiler it not sure about the rules of this exact thread
- Brit is seemingly as invulnerable as in the comics (to everything)
- Flaxans built two mechs presumably to counter Nolan, and Mark kinda can't do anything against them
- Viltrumites built a solar disk which froze over the entire planet of ragnarrs
- Space Racer is alive
- Mr. Liu alive, Mark and Oliver together can't defeat the dragon still
- the sequid storyline is done forever hopefully, Mark kills the astronaut
- Conquest alive and escapes from containment. He's scared of the viltrumites leader, Thragg and genuinely begs Thragg to kill him.
- Dinosaurus gives Invincible a good fight, until he locks in and makes a building collapse on him and then dinosaurus reverts to a normal guy who doesn't remember what he's done as Dinosaurus
- Young Nolan (looks pretty much exactly like Mark) puts up a pretty good fight with his adult Viltrumite parents, his mother gives him the same beating he did to Mark in the S1 finale
- Thaedus made the Scourge Virus that wiped out 99.9% of viltrumites, "billions upon billions" according to the Viltrumite general. The ring around planet Viltrum is made out entirely of Viltrumite corpses.
- A new magnetic villain shows up, controls metal knives, gets his face bashed in by Titan
- Eve is pregnant and her powers can't function while she's pregnant

I don't think their ships were ever shown to be used like that. I'm neutral about it, I think it could be a possible tier, as I said. By guessing a timeframe and using the Earth and the Sun as examples, a calc could be made.

I think it’s more likely he did it himself given it was one part of his solo mission, and he seems to be completely alone when we see them drying up and dying
The Ragnar planet was a past mission with several Viltrumites and scientists exploring the planet, which is why he could call them in to construct the disc

If the Earth were to have a 100º Celsius temperature at it's surface, it would need to be around 90 million of kilometers away from the Sun. Usually is 150 million kilometers away. All this given that getting close to the Sun wouldn't change the albedo or emissivity values.

Didn't Nolan also said that the Disk is blocking sunlight to multiple planets too, I'm not really a physicist, so I don't know how that would affect its size

I will start working on calcs for stuff soon. I already did a calculation for the comics solar disk using the L1 Lagrange point and the shadow it casts on the planet which gets to around 5-A, so that could be used to support the inevitable 5-A upgrade thread.
We can get a good distance estimate pretty easily. The timeframe is the big issue.

that's still insane and from certain shots it does look sun sized so I'm pretty confident it'll get to Tier 4. This makes it really consistent with Viltrum surviving a shot from space racer's star destroying gun assuming the TV Series doesn't change the feat

Eh it wouldn't really nothing indicated it's the size of a star especially when we see it's size compared to the planet and given the ship was able to blout the sun to freeze Ragnar's indicating it's not that big

Where is it being shown blocking out light for two other planets? Also this scene shows the disk being comparable in size to the star which is already gonna net like Tier 4 results.

Nolan stating that Mark is almost as strong as him is interesting when you consider how long it's been since he's seen Mark in action.
