i don't think this really needs a crt. this should be obvious seeming that he was already starting to merge with another timeline apart from trunk's

If you want to change the ratings of a character, you need to make a CRT for that. Especially when it: 1) Regards a very popular franchise such as Dragon Ball, which lots of people are questioning its ratings constantly, and 2) Is a rather controversial one, since you're proposing a big upgrade
