I want to discuss the Unknown tier for Tusk and consequently Ball Breaker

I don't want to say they have infinite damage

I mainly want to do a discussion on it

Because i read their pages and they got my attention about that

it's already been discussed like a **** ton in like 3 different threads or so. Tier Unknown is probably fine since it's mostly a hax based attack
