Continued from this thread.

Anyway, acccording to the new AP stats, the new scores will look like this:

Cole MacGrath: at least 7-A (created a storm of this level early in the game), possibly higher | High 7-C (While weakened by the Beast, he could still create storms of this level with his Ionic Vortex) | High 6-C (Created a storm of this level after absorbing all 7 Blast Cores, could go toe to toe with the Beast and Kuo at the same time in the good ending) | at least High 6-C (Defeated the Beast without the use of his Ionic Powers), likely higher | at least High 6-C (Created a blast of this magnitude just by receiving the Beast's power), likely higher

infamous 1 | infamous 2 (Beginning) | infamous 2 (7 Blast Cores Absorbed) | RFI/Overcharged Cole | Beast Cole

Kessler: at least 7-A, likely higher (Contended with a serious endgame Cole MacGrath, who should've been much stronger than he was at the beginning of the game)

Alden Tate: at least 7-A (Faced a near end game Cole McGrath, was confident that he could fight off Kessler, was going to destroy Empire City in his rampage)

Sasha (Infamous): at least 7-A (Fought Cole MacGrath, attacked Kessler in the past, though the amount of damage she caused is unclear)

David Warner: at least 7-A, likely higher (Fought Cole after the events of infamous 1)

Lucy Kuo: High 6-C (Contended with 7 Blast Cores absorbed Cole at the end of the game)

Nix: High 6-C (Contended with 7 Blast Cores absorbed Cole at the end of the game)

Joseph Bertrand III: High 7-C (Actually need to mull over this one)

Bloody Mary: High 7-C (Contended with Cole sometime after his arrival in New Marais, when he was weakened by the Beast)

The Beast (inFAMOUS): The same, lol

Speed: (Cole has canonically outrun the radiation based explosion of the Ray Sphere, and it is possible to dodge the radiation based beams of the RFI in the evil ending of inFAMOUS 2 [though it is rather difficult, as the beams moves hella fast and has a slight homing effect])

Second Son profiles: Particularly feats/scaling, and the sudden influx of abilities without a CRT

Considering how high end Cole's calc is, I think he should be High 7-C.

Yeah, considering how much he powered up, he should be High 6-C.

We need a calc for the RFI beams.

That, and the fact that Cole's Ionic Vortex, which he gets early in he game, can recreate the effects of the storm that was calc'd, so it should be justified

Agreed

I believe TeenAngel put in a request.

Cole literally performs Town level+ feats while casually talking to Zeke, so that probably warrants High 7C for Infamous 2.

Anyway, aside from that I believe everyone in Infamous 1 should be 7C, and most of the Infanous 2 cast including Kuo, Mary and Nix.

High6C Cole post blast core Absorbtion is good.

That, and I believe the storm feats are being recalc'd to account for kinetic energy. Also, Cole performed the feat when his powers first awoke, and then had to power up to regain the ability to create storms, so he should be stronger by the end of the game.

Basically everyone infamous 2 is High 7-C for scaling to Cole.

Agreed.

>Mountain level to Small Country level Base inFAMOUS 0_0

Well that's great and all, but now I'm completely lost for scaling. Which calcs were accepted by the calc group?

So Mountain level for infamous 1, and large island for infamous 2?

Could you tell me the megaton/gigaton count for both?

Now it's time for inFAMOUS vs Dies Irae.

this meme shall never die. Every franchise shall get spammed against inFAMOUS somehow. Every single one.

That went well for beast

Then Beast one shots with RFB or Gravity Hole (unless it's John)

Okay, for megaton/gigaton count:

infamous 1: 347.16922881 megatons

infamous 2: 251.431612978 gigatons

Alright, so the new scaling according to the calcs:

infamous 1: at least Mountain level (Cole performs the feat very early in game and got much stronger as the game progresses)

infamous 2: should we use the older storm calc for his weakened stats? The main focus of the game was to get stronger and regain your power. He also couldn't create he thunderstorms that were calculated until after he absorbed all 7 Blast Cores.

If so, it'll be

High 7-C (Was weakened by the Beast, but his Ionic Vortex could create storms similar to the one that struck New Marais) | High 6-C (Could create massive storms that were greater than before, Could match the Beast in combat) | At least High 6-C (Much stronger than before, easily overwhelmed the Beast without the use of his Ionic moves) | At least High 6-C (Has the combined power of himself and the Beast)

If he runs before the explosion happens I don't think it happens.

Also unknown speed key 1 beast, likely MHS key 2.

My wording is a bit off, but basically, the Ray Sphere explodes, and then Cole jumps away at 12:10.

I changed the Beast's speed to that, yeah?

Kuo and Nix scale to 7 Blast Cores absorbed Cole, as they could contend with him at the end of the game.

Mary can probably scale to Weakened Cole, though I'm unsure, as the timing of Festival of Blood is extremely vague.

No infamous 2 characters scale to 7A Cole then? Dang.

We Cooouuuld do a key for the middle point around the time where Cole was absorbing the blast Cores. And maybe a beginning and End game key for Quo and Nix, as it doesn't make sense that Kuo is already superior to Cole when she becomes a conduit.

@Gar I was only planning on using their end game feats for scaling, but if you think we should add an extra key, then that's fine too

@Rice It's different for me?

Much better than being one of the "slowest" MHS+ on the wiki.

Also, shouldn't Cole have resistance to transmutation for resisting the Beast's gravity hole?
