I am working on matchmaking Toei to Manga rn, and i can assure you that this is not the case, in my pov

Vegito is stated to be the strongest thing, and Goku/Vegeta aren't hundreds of times stronger, he became 50x stronger, because at his 1% (nerfed from being inside Buu) he was matching Ultimate Gohan, who's 1/2 of Buuhan's AP.
Broly's matching the SS3 that fought Kid Buu, SS Vegito definetely could smack Kid Buu's ass, though it shouldn't be as one sided as it was against Buuhan. From what all's indicating to me, the Toei chain should go like:

Buuhan's 2-C feat > [2x gap > Ultimate Gohan ~ Inside Buu Goku < 100x gap]* < Outside of Buu Goku < 400x gap < SS3 Goku ~ SS3 Broly ~ Vegito ~ Kid Buu ~ Restored Goku < SS Vegito

Ultimate Gohan upon his inception was stronger than Early Buu Saga SSJ3 Goku by over 400 times since Ultimate Gohan > Super Buu = SSJ3 Gotenks > Post RoSaT Base Gotenks > Pre RoSaT SSJ Gotenks > SSJ3 Goku

Goku after defusing with Vegeta was able to match Ultimate Gohan in base

so Post Vegito Goku as a Super Saiyan 3 is over 400 times stronger than Ultimate Gohan who's over 400 times stronger than Early Buu Arc Super Saiyan 3 Goku

so he got over 160000 times stronger just from defusing

Super Vegito is 50 times stronger than his Base Form who is already stronger than Buuhan who we can reasonably say is as strong as Super Buu + Ultimate Gohan + SSJ3 Gotenks + Piccolo

If we assume that each of Buuhan's components are as strong as Post Vegito Base Goku (which they're not but just bear with me here), then Buuhan = x4 PVB Goku, Vegito > x4 PVB Goku, and Super Vegito > x200 PVB Goku

Broly meanwhile is stronger than SSJ3 Goku who is x400 PVB Goku

this is why I said the match was extremely close. If Base Vegito is 2 times stronger than Buuhan, then according to the scaling chain he'd be equal to SSJ3 Broly as a Super Saiyan, but that's already giving Vegito a generous buff by claiming that Piccolo is equal to the other components in Buuhan when in reality he's completely insignificant, while ALSO claiming that Broly is simply equal to SSJ3 Goku when in reality he's above him.

From your end, i'm hearing Super Vegito is way stronger (assuming he gets to transform) while from the over person i'm hearing Super Vegito's like 2x stronger

They have completely independent scaling chains from my perspective

they're close to each other (unless Vegito transforms), and that's why i started the match
 
besides bumping, i just noticed that we're currently at 5 votes, with 2 more we can start the 72h grace for incon
