Cain doesn't really have any power to kill 682, but if 682 tries to kill Cain, 682 will hit himself seven times fold, although Cain himself will be invulnerable and invincible. Even if 682 AP is strong enough to destroy Cain, Cain will simply be recreated by the Presence or Dream of the Endless.
