I have a question, lets say. character A has passive death manipulation with his Aura, character Y has Immeasurable reaction speed, but his movement speed is still human level, he would be able to ''avoid'' the passive Death Hax?

Immeasurable Reaction Speed.

Why not? He has Immeasurable reaction speed, shouldnt him be able to avoid it? or he cant because his body still moves on a human speed level

Because it doesn't matter how fast he can react if he can't land the hit before the hax takes place, reaction only helps you avoid attacks and make decisions.

This honestly sounds more like resistance to Death manipulation and doesn't sound like a reaction speed feat at all.

Is not a feat, he is asking if someone with that speed can avoid it.

His body is still Average Human in movement. He'd just see the passive take effect but be unable to do anything about it.

How is it resistance if the character didnt resisted? I'm asking if someone with immeasurable reaction speed but still human movement speed can ''avoid''/dodge a passive aura made by Death Hax

Even with Immeasurable speed, I wouldn't logically assume they can avoid passive haxes.
