Yakumo can't do shit here, her Conceptual Erasure isn't enough to put down Altair, Boundary between Dimension is also nulled by altair's constitution, not mention to Altair's Causality manip (14th Movement of the Cosmos) which return every Yakumo's move to her.

You should know although she only a type 4 concept with is normaly a huge weakness.But her concept exist in the mutiverses so you need at least mutiverses range to affect her or type 2 concep manipulation to kill her

PMiSS also anchors this as if she wanted, she could make remove all boundaries and make reality into one fat object. Her range also makes sense as she is responsible for the phenomena known as spiriting away where she causes individuals from the outside world ( A world that has a seperate space-time continuum than gensokyo) to fall into gensokyo. So what could altair do to counter this range?
