Incon, both have no actual way to incap or kill eachother, I think. They both have quite some resistances.

Reality warping isn't valid way to win thanks to Homer's resistances and degree of reality warping being superior due to the power of said person doing it. But that's just an example that both have win conditions. Plot hacks should bugs be able to pull it off in time does seem like a valid way to win. As does quite a few of homers hacks. Just gotta check em.
