Soul Eater : The verse is fairly skilled, as meisters are warriors who can weaponize their soul wavelenght and wield demon weapons on top of being skilled users of all kinds of weapons and masters of certain types. There's nothing on the level of instantly copying techniques,reading toughts or nearly seeing the future, however.
Round 1: he skillstomps and copies everyone rather easily, altough some of the madness/black blood users might be able to unnerve him a little with their unpredictable fighting style(also madness will likely jam the mental prediction aspect of his analytical prediction and clairvoyance, due to their mind being shut off in that state),
The magic from the witches here(if you exclude the hax) can give even top meisters trouble, but Ikki>>>them. He wins low-diff and gets some minor amusement at best.
Round 2:This is where things get a harder, Soul resonance among Meisters allow them to reach a level of teamwork bordering on perfection on top of amping themselves with soul melody and madness. considering Maka Black Star and Death the kid hang together, ikki might be forced to fight seriously here but eventually win high-mid diff. afterwards he likely solos the verse.

Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut:
First Round: Ikki outskills most of the verse, the ones I can see doing something againts Ikki's skills are Fugil and Singlen.
Second Round: The Seven Dragon Paladins will get a hard time, but will be able to put some match thanks to Singlen and Magialca. Syvalles has Lux... and that's about it. The Lords has Fugil on their side, who will no doubt put a match againts Ikki before realizing Ikki skills is just PIS and thus he and Mishis stalemate. Even if we have the entire verse together, Ikki will lose thanks to the combined efforts of Fugil, Singlen, Magialca, Mishis and Lux (and the others who won't do much).
