i literally hear this all the time, obviously they don't actually read the manga like they say, where there are tons of planet level feats that aren't PIS because they do it casually, they downgrade characters because of what they hear about continuity, and they literally haven't learned about the concept of condensed explosions, blasts that have a lesser radius but retain power.
