like for example if you can bust galaxies in your 3d world, if your ap got carried when you ascended to a 4d plane of existence you would be above the baseline of low 2-C since you would have 4d ap to the degree what was your 3d galaxy busting

How does that work tho? How much can you quantify "above baseline"?

Verse mechanics, and idk how much above baseline, cause it would be the 4d equivalent of busting a galaxy so it would be quantifiable but in the weirdest way possible so it would be hard to tell who is higher than who unless more info is given in verse abt it
