Ichiryuu vs. Superman (New 52)

Simply put:
Short Run: Superman (has huge speed difference via flight speed)
Long Run=Ichiryuu via Minority World
Short Run: Superman (has huge speed difference via flight speed)

Minority World is too hax for Superman. As long as Ichiryuu can survive long enough to activate it, he wins. And also I don't see how flight speed would help Superman much against Ichiryuu. The combat-speeds are equal. Heat-vision from a distance won't work against a guy with FTL reactions and finely-tuned instincts, since heat-vision is (as far as I know) at the speed of light by its very nature.
Once activated, Ichiryuu can just use MW to make the minority atoms in Superman's body dominate and cause his normal cellular functions to stop working, so he no longer absorbs solar Radiation. As he depowers, his organs also shut down due to the effects of Minority World. With no solar-energy absorption, he can't heal his organs as they shut down, and even if he could, the minorities not healing would take control. He dies, the end.
Superman only wins if he can do enough damage to Ichiryuu to kill him before he can activate Minority World. But this is highly unlikely given Superman's character (he's unlikely to quickly decide to outright kill an opponent) as well as Ichiryuu's own durability and Regenerationn.
Ichiryuu also has far greater experience in battle.
