Ichigo isn't baseline and neither is Mimihagi.
Mimihagi is 3x baseline 5-B for preventing three planets from merging with each other with its presence.
True Bankai Ichigo can kill Post-Power Absorption Yhwach who is I think over 18x baseline 5-B since he is basically Soul King Yhwach after he absorbed Ichigo's hollow and Quincy power which should be comparable to him who is already over 9x baseline.
Merged Hollow True Bankai Ichigo is much stronger than True Bankai Ichigo.
Magearna is stronger than 50% Zygarde who is slightly weaker than Xerneas who is passively 703 Zettatons (11.8x baseline 5-B)
