Okay so I'mma go with Deku

In terms of stats even 5% outputs Armando's best AP feat which is through a specific arm, plus he should have the durability to tank it since even the 5% Deku calcs showcase better durability then what Armando can dish out The reason why Armando is building+ durability wise is scaling to his AP basically so Deku should be able to easily kill him

Now maybe Armando's more out there arms could help him but Deku is way more mobile then him so I think he can dodge his attacks without that much trouble

So yah Deku wins

Okay even if Armando the ap edge its through one arm which he'll need to rip his first arm before getting it

So I don't see how Deku wouldn't finish him before that Even then Deku can just dodge attacks from that arm, Armando has noted he can't keep the arm for long so I'mma still go with Deku
