He can't deal with 1440 having the type 8 from 1-B characters to kill it but I do not know if that would help against Yogiri incapping via killing specific parts of his body while keeping him alive. I am not very familar with the scp verse.

Yogiri killing his specific limbs actually won't help. If he is incapacitated it means that 1440 will not be fulfilling The-Brothers-Death curse to bring destruction and to torture him by making him responsible for the deaths.
