The blog in question. This blog claims MLP IDW gets High 1-B. Reasoning has something to do with transcendences or something, It goes right over my head. Can anyone tell me if this is legitimate or not?

I was referring to KanaNotBonnie and/or anyone who may be friends with them. I have no intentions of offending them either.
But based on the reading, I do not quite see anything that would be higher than 2-A. And "beyond" apparently doesn't mean qualitively superior for some reason.
