I am trying to calculate the Kamehameha speed in two ways

1. How it is shown in the anime

2. With cinematic timing taken out

1. If you want to calculate kamehameha by the way he is shown in the anime then its slow enough for average humans to avoid.

2. A fraction of a fraction of a millisecond
