Hypothetical: Where would persona scale without SMT?

Note: this is just hypothetical.

I 100% agree with Persona's cosmology and SMT's cosmology being the exact same. And I know SMT actually benefits from additional stuff in Persona. But I'm just asking a what if, (if only for a better understanding of Persona.)

Universe level+ because of Persona 2's universal feats or Low Complex Multiversal. It depends on your interpretation of Umr at-Tawil's power and the Kadath Mandala beyond space-time. There were interpretations of Kadath Mandala that place it at 1-A as well for being beyond the concept of dimensions, but I think they don't hold without the supporting evidence from SMT.

I could see maybe low multiversal due to the size of the metaverse. But what do you mean by kadath mandala being beyond space time.

I assume this is from the canonical explinations from Persona 4 golden's bonus features where the collective unconcious and shadows are repeatedly stated to be above time and space, something Persona's kinda imply by suggestin they where there before the Universe was even made?
