Okay, so let's go through this piece by piece:

What are the Zero and Heart Dimensions first of all?

(I don't see an entry for the Heart Dimension on the wiki, was there not much to explain or is it very heavily linked with the Zero Dimension and thus it didn't need its own page?)

It's just that the wiki is missing quite a bit of things from Megadimension, but there is quite a bit on it. Now I don't remember of there's an entry in VII's Nepedia, I'll check later. It would make explaining way easier

Alongside the feats, I think it might also be a good idea to put a brief explanation of the Heart and Zero Dimensions and the links between them, which not only would help support the Tier 2 statements, but it would again save time having to explain it in the future.

They'd be helpful, yes, but not really needed for this part. It is more helpful for the part about powers and abilities (the second part of the revisions)

The needed part for this will be in the scan explaining Uzume sustaining the two with her existence. There's quite a bit for that. And if I recall things correctly there might be something really interesting for Kurome. Stay tuned

9-D Coordinates? (Matthew argued against this case quite a bit, so it's worth reviewing and looking back on that thread)

Nepgear stating that the dimension has been moving from its position because the coordinates were changing

Nepgear stating that the dimension moving is very unusual, as a dimension's coordinates never change. (Evidence that Kurome is tampering with it)

Evidence from the manga that Gamindustri is a "Parallel Universe"

Kurome stating that she will become Hyperdimension if the Heart Dimension and Hyperdimension Fuse.

Well first of all the dimensionality is completely headcanon

In Heart Dimension there's a huge piece of sharicite that functions as the sealed Uzume's power source from which Heart Dimension, Uzume, Kurome and Zero Dimension all stem from. Zero Dimension is a dying dimension, almost completely erased by the Dark CPUs (and Kurome by proxy). Heart Dimension is reached from here, but it's still through a dimensional portal, clearly showing them being separate. So the part about stuff that can go directly from Zero to Heart is also completely wrong.

Are they completely independent dimensions or are they actually in any way linked beside the "Zero Dimension Entrance" statement?

They're linked as they both originate from Uzume
