Introduction
Guess who's back, back again? Well, it's just me this time, but I'm returning once again to give all of you some more Hyperdimension Neptunia revisions. Lately, I've been feeling an itch to scratch in regards to VII, with it being some of the first revisions that I actively developed and participated in extensively. And having looked at some of the profiles for VII characters, I truly can't help but feel that there is simply something. . .missing from them.
So, of course, being the crazed lunatic for this series that I am, I decided to do a revisit of VII just on the off-chance that I might find something new. And boy, oh boy, did I find some new things. On top of that, I decided to throw in some other bits and pieces in here since I figured they can help make the verse a bit more. . .meaty, if you will.
Now, because this isn't focusing on a new main continuity entry (and therefore isn't an entirely new set of revisions for the series), this won't be nearly as long as some of the ones we have done in the past. There won't be any scaling changes, no tier changes, nothing verse-wide to THAT degree. This CRT will be new Powers and Abilities, rewritings of existing Powers and Abilities, a respect thread for Neptune, two new profiles (that I had already created a revision for but it died out due to me losing interest in the site for a while), and some other changes not listed in the OP.
I will be splitting the Powers and Abilities into two different categories: New and Rewritten. Should be pretty self-explanatory; new P&As are ones that did not exist on the profiles before or are for newly created profiles, and rewritten P&As are cleaned-up explanations for the ones that have existed on the profiles for a while.
So with that said, let's get to Nepping!
Neptune Respect Thread
A little while back, before I did my revisiting of VII, I decided to make a respect thread for Hyper Dimension Neptune. Why? Well, that's a good question that I can't answer besides being hugely biased for Neptune.
So here it is. Nothing particularly crazy, I just thought it would be nice, y'know?outside of my blatant preference for Neptune lol
Profiles
Of course, as per usual, with each new revision comes updates to the profiles. Now, keep in mind, not everything that I changed on the profiles is listed here. Things like Intelligence changes are not listed here, as I felt that they weren't exactly important enough to warrant a section in the CRT, since a large majority of the changes to the profiles arise from changes to the Powers and Abilities, whereas Intelligence is a comparatively minuscule part of the changes. Additionally, after having done it a few times prior, I find the bullet-point format for the P&A section to be quite visually appealing and pleasing on the eyes, therefore I changed a large majority of profiles' P&A to that. There are still a couple that didn't receive this change, but that's because I got lazy, and those couple of profiles are basically never getting proper revisions until the characters see the light of day again. . .somehow.
But with that all said, here are the profiles, new and updated.

Updated Profiles/Pages:
That's about it from me! It was fun revisiting VII again; it's my favorite game of all time and it holds a special place in my cold-blooded heart for being the game that really skyrocketed my interest in the Neptunia series. Now, 3+ years later, the hyperfixation hasn't stopped, and with the announcement that a new mainline game is now in the development phase, my years of demanding greater substance from this series will finally be answered. But that's not important to this CRT, so I'll quit the monologue.
In regards to potential future CRTs, Sisters VS Sisters just recently got its Western Switch release, which made Maho and Anri playable characters, meaning that (if I manage to get my hands on it) SVS might get a small revisit to account for the new content. But that's only if I feel like doing it. Otherwise, Maho remains the same and Anri doesn't get a profile (sadly).

Powers and Abilities
Like I said before, these will be split into two different categories. All of these will have references as they already exist in the sandbox, so even though you cannot see them here, they will be there.
New Powers and Abilities
These powers are completely new as they do not exist on the profiles at the moment.
The information presented here will either replace what is currently written on the profiles in terms of the respective P&A, or will simply be added to what is already written for some extra context.

- Neptune -
Minor Information Analysis(Despite not having any proof, she noticed Uzume was extremely fixated on being "cool", allowing her to convince Uzume to take a shower with her)- Moved this to Neptune's Intelligence section.
- Nepgear - Hacking via the N-Gear (Found a bulletin board system that Uzume created through hacking)
- Dark Goddesses - (Possibly) Invulnerability (4D - The Dark Goddess' only known weakness is to Share Energy, something that Uzume has stated to have found out after fighting against it so many times, and that it must be a massive amount of Share Energy, for striking it on a single point with Share Energy has minute effect, requiring it to be contained within a Sharing Field to be damaged and defeated. Additionally, no Dark Goddess after Dark Purple is ever attempted to be fought outside of a Sharing Field, even when an entire group of characters and extremely powerful forms are present, thus implying that they must be ridden of their immunity to non-Share Energy attacks with massive amounts of Share Energy before being fought)
- Share Energy and its users - (Possibly) Invulnerability Negation (4D - Share Energy has been used to bypass inherent invulnerability to normal attacks; notably, the Dark Goddess', as the resource is stated to be their weakness, alongside Sharing Fields being mandatory for the cast to defeat the Dark Goddesses, as not one Dark Goddess is fought outside of a Sharing Field)
- The two Invulnerability-related P&A are the two that I am sure will spark the most discussion, considering Invulnerability is a very scrutinized ability. This is the reason why there is a "Possibly" attached to both of them. They could be related to Invulnerability, they could not be, and I believe that discussion should be had to come to a conclusion; whether or not the "Possibly" is to say attached to it or not can also be discussed. However, I personally believe that this can work, as the way I interpret is "Dark Goddesses cannot be affected by normal attacks, but they can be affected by attacks consisting of Share Energy, with their size making single-point Share Energy attacks extremely ineffective". However, that is simply an interpretation, and not fact.
- It could be interpreted from this cutscene that Uzume tried attacking it normally (aka something like using her megaphone's shockwaves, or punching them) to no effect whatsoever before using Share Energy in some manner during one of their scuffles - likely an attack, kind of like how she uses Share Energy as an attack in "Dream Smash Fist" - to learn that the Dark Goddesses are weak to Share Energy.
- Should Invulnerability (and its Negation) be accepted - Possibly or full-on - the note relating to Invulnerability on the Dark Goddesses profile will be removed.

- Arfoire - Summoning (Summoned Dark Purple to the Jingu Sakura Park to fight against Uzume and the Nep sisters. After obtaining Rei Kiseijou's powers, Arfoire summoned Dark Purple to the Smash Box Stadium)
- Sharing Field - Passive Statistics Reduction (Those trapped inside of a Sharing Field will be unable to gather their strength)
- Share Energy - Creation (Share Energy is able to create paths of light through the "Route Building" procedure, allowing those to reach faraway destinations in far less time than normal)
- Arfoire - Barrier Creation (Created a barrier to prevent Uzume and Neptune from interfering with the acquirement of Rei Kiseijou's powers)
- Rei's Powers - Madness Manipulation (Type 2 - Rei's powers have the effect of driving the wielder to craziness almost immediately after they take hold of it; Rei herself has been shown to go crazy with arrogance when in possession of this power, and Arfoire's wielding of the powers drove her so mad that even Croire noted that she was "batshit crazy" despite having seen Rei's insanity for herself prior to VII)
- Steamax - Smoke Manipulation (Threw up a smokescreen to escort Arfoire to safety)
- Steamax - Stealth Mastery (Due to being a ninja, Steamax has been shown to have incredible stealth capabilities, as he was able to sneak into one of Planeptune's prison cells completely undetected, citing his ability to "not stand out in a crowd", as well as sneaking into the Planeptunian Basilicom without anybody - not even the guards - noticing. Affimojas had also placed the retrieval of the Swirl Console into Steamax's hands due to desiring reliability through his stealth capabilities. Later on, he snuck into the Planeptunian Basilicom yet again, eavesdropping on a meeting without anyone noticing him)
- Steamax - Status Effect Inducement (Shadow Bind - With "Throwing Star", any person hit by Steamax's shuriken becomes inflicted with the Shadow Bind status - a status effect which spawns a ring of darkness around the inflicted individual that prevents them from moving)
- Steamax - Wind Manipulation and Statistics Reduction (With "Ninja Arts: Cyclone", Steamax uses the Wind Element to conjure a small whirlwind that lowers the affected person's speed)
- Uni - Sleep Manipulation (Sleep Inducement - Through the use of tranquilizer darts, Uni is able to put those she hits to sleep, as shown with a pair of Lastation guards)
- Noire - Enhanced Senses (Enhanced Awareness - Sensed K-Sha's presence in the Daze Station)
- Uni - Enhanced Senses (Enhanced Awareness - Felt K-Sha's "painfully piercing gaze" staring at her, and felt it again shortly after)
- Kurome - Shapeshifting (Complete Appearance Change - Masqueraded as Noire and spent her time with Uni - performing some out-of-character acts in the eyes of Uni - as an intentional ploy to emotionally destabilize K-Sha and create an extreme divide of obsessive love for Noire and ruthless hatred for Uni, leading to K-Sha attempting to take Uni's life. Shapeshifted into the appearance of Uzume to deceive Neptune and the others)
- K-Sha - Creation (Created several clones of Noire out of pure boredom)
- Added Duplication to the profile as well.
- Blanc - Fear Aura when enraged (Blanc's rage was noted to be terrifying by C-Sha, and that the former's bloodthirsty aura was causing C-Sha to quiver)
- Affimojas - Invulnerability (Affimojas' cape prevents him from being harmed by any physical attack whatsoever, but it can be bypassed through the use of elemental attacks, and it can also be destroyed by elemental attacks)
- Affimojas - Share Energy Nullification (In a single strike, Affimojas was able to cut off the Goddess' Share Energy, stating that he never knew his gem had such a power)
- Next Purple - Causality Reversal (Next Purple's attack against Affimojas - in which she removed the Negative Energy from his body - was stated by Histoire to have sliced the Gamindustri history rewrite phenomenon in half, causing all of the citizens of Gamindustri to remember who the Goddesses are)
- Kurome - Memory Manipulation (Through the use of Negative Energy, Kurome was able to change history by completely erasing any existing records and memories of herself)
- Kurome - Unconventional Statistics Amplification (Any time Uzume received Share Energy, Kurome herself would receive more power as well)
- Kurome - Limited Immaterial Projection[?] (After gaining enough power, Kurome could "materialize" into Hyper Dimension, though she did not have a physical form, likening the experience to being a hologram)
- This is Astral Projection instead.
- Guardian Goddesses - Mind Manipulation (Can resist the effects of S-Sha's "Chancer A" skill, which states that it confuses enemies by cramming several cryptic languages directly into the enemy's brain)
- Dark Goddesses and Dark Orange - Mind Manipulation (Can resist the effects of S-Sha's "Chancer A" skill, which states that it confuses enemies by cramming several cryptic languages directly into the enemy's brain) - yes, they get this too.
- Kurome / Negative Energy - Possibly Fear Aura (After becoming enveloped with Negative Energy, Nepgear felt a strong sense of bloodlust from Kurome, with Rom stating she was scared, and Gooman stating that his chest muscles were trembling, despite none of them feeling any strong sense of emotion from Kurome prior. Additionally, K-Sha notes that her bloodlust completely vanished after the Negative Energy was dispelled)
The information presented here will either replace what is currently written on the profiles in terms of the respective P&A, or will simply be added to what is already written for some extra context.
- Dark Goddesses - Large Size (Type 1 - The Dark Goddesses are enormous entities shown to be towering over even skyscrapers in the cutscene they are introduced in. Additionally, the VII digital artbook claims that the Dark Goddess' frame easily surpasses 30 meters)
- Dark Goddesses - Energy Projection (Dark Goddesses are capable of using energy beams, energy spheres, and can infuse their limbs with energy to power up their attacks. Dark Purple's Brilliance of the End attack involves it creating a large sphere of energy that eventually explodes and damages every battle member)
- Dark Goddesses - Space-Time Manipulation (Upon noticing the cracks in the sky in Zero Dimension, Nepgear describes them to be cracks within the fabric of space and time. Uzume explains that these cracks are caused by the Dark Goddesses, and are the result of the destruction of Heart Dimension's boundaries)
- Goddesses and Candidates - Extrasensory Perception (Energy Sensing - When learning why they could not transform in Zero Dimension, Nepgear states that she could not feel their Shares, and when attempted to by Neptune, she too could not feel their Shares. Goddesses and Candidates alike are able to sense sources of Share Energy from far distances)
- Dark Goddesses - Existence Erasure (The Dark Goddesses hold the ability to erase life-forms out of their existence. Whenever they attack, the areas they attack completely vanish; the Nepedia states that the areas attacked by the Dark Goddesses are reduced to nothingness, and the VII digital artbook states that the Dark Goddess' destruction exceeds physical limitations and erases matter entirely, turning the area they attack into a void)
- Uzume - Subjective Reality, Reality Warping, and Law Manipulation with daydreams (Uzume possesses a special ability that turns her daydreams into reality. This is allows her to make things that would normally be impossible, possible. This has caused numerous conveniences to occur; a couple of examples include her daydreaming of an individual informing them of Umio's whereabouts, and then it actually happening with a Baby Bug approaching them, and daydreamed of being able to find pudding ingredients in abandoned grocery stores, eventually finding them with Neptune. These daydreams have been shown to be able to change the laws of the world as seen when she was able to make monsters give Goddesses Share Energy, something previously considered impossible before. However, she can only perform these daydreams if she truly wishes for something to occur, thus not making it usable in combat situations)
- This is mostly unchanged.
- Arfoire - Transformation (Zero Dimension Arfoire is capable of transforming into either its Deity of Sin form, or True Deity of Sin form)
- Ultra Dimension Neptune - Healing via the Nep Bull VII (The Nep Bull VII - a drink specifically made by Neptune herself - was able to heal the wounds of Orange Heart and Purple Sister and restore them to their full strength)
- Ultra Dimension Neptune - Absorption, Size Manipulation, Sealing, Power Mimicry, and Power Absorption via the Nep-Note (The Nep-Note is Neptune's specimen book and notebook which holds the special property of being able to absorb beings into it, shrinking them down to a small size to fit on its pages and effectively placing them under a seal applied by Neptune closing the book. Once an entity is preserved, and should they possess a special ability, their powers are continuously absorbed by the Nep-Note, which Neptune can then draw out and use to her liking. This is part of what allows her to frequently travel to other dimensions, which she has been doing so for more time than she has spent in the Ultra Dimension)
- Ultra Dimension Neptune - Dimensional Travel via Croire's powers (Neptune has been able to travel through several other dimensions thanks to the help of Croire's power, which allows her to travel to other dimensions at will. This is how she ended up in Zero Dimension, and how she would later end up in the Hyper Dimension)
- Share Crystals - Light Emission (The light emitted from Share Crystals is stated to be brighter than a flash of light that can be seen from mountains away)
- Arfoire - Fusionism (Fused with Incomplete Dark Purple)
- Kurome - Causality Manipulation (Rewrote the world of Gamindustri and its history, as stated by Histoire, causing numerous changes to Gamindustri; most notably, indirectly instating the Gold Third as the rulers of Gamindustri rather than the Guardian Goddesses)
- Goddesses and Candidates - Acausality (Type 1 - Remained unaffected by Kurome's rewriting of Gamindustri's history, as the Goddesses and Candidates were effectively removed from history, causing most of Gamindustri to forget who they are as well as being the catalyst for the Gold Third ruling over the rewritten Gamindustri, yet the Goddesses and Candidates themselves were still present)
- Kurome - Empathic Manipulation and Corruption (Type 2 - 4D - The effect of Kurome's Negative Energy on monsters has been described by Histoire as a "delusion phenomenon" - akin to the Deity of Sin's miasma causing monsters to go "viral" - by transforming monsters into never-before-seen types, making them more violent and vicious in the process. This extends to the existence of a red mist that causes monsters to fly into a violent fit of rage, which is referred to as a "delusionary" state. This is seen most prominently with Warechu, whom Kurome corrupts with Negative Energy, transforming him into an enormous beast that was able to heavily damage Steamax and bring him to his knees. Kurome's injection of Negative Energy into the Guardian Goddesses twisted their emotions, forcing them to detest their sisters and their friends, attempting to kill them as a result. Negative Energy is also stated to "breed hatred" in the hearts of those affected by it)
- Kurome - Dream Manipulation and Subjective Reality (Able to manipulate the Heart Dimension and what happens in it due to it being a dream that her sealed-away self is having. Projected the dreams of the Guardian Goddesses into Heart Dimension, allowing the cast to enter these dreams as though they were real locations. Ultra Dimension Neptune states that a dangerous aspect of Kurome is her ability to interfere with other people's dreams. Witnessed K-Sha's dream of happily living with Noire. Can enter peoples' nightmares and draw out information from them)
- Kurome - Perception Manipulation (Vision Manipulation - Kurome's forceful insertion of Negative Energy into B-Sha caused her to perceive everyone around her as monsters)
- S-Sha / E-Sha - Soul Manipulation (Using a forbidden spell, E-Sha was able to transfer S-Sha's soul to her body, thus letting the two share a body. Within the Golden Summit, E-Sha can temporarily materialize as a spirit)
- Gold Crystals - Empowerment and Power Modification (The Gold Crystals are stated to be the source of the Golden Power for the Gold Third, created by taking the faith collected from the Golden Summit and converting Share Energy into energy usable by the Gold Third)
- Kurome - Summoning (Summoned Dark Purple within the Division Passageway to kidnap the Guardian Goddesses. Kurome is also capable of summoning all four Dark Goddesses to the same location at once)
- Kurome - Space-Time Manipulation (Created both the dimensional hole in Gamindustri's sky as well as the corridor connecting both Hyper Dimension and Zero / Heart Dimension)
- Kurome - Dimensional Manipulation (Forcibly moved Heart Dimension closer to Hyper Dimension as part of a plan to make the two dimensions fuse together)
- Kurome - Gravity Manipulation (Increased the gravity of Heart Dimension to force Nepgear and the others to kneel before her)
- Share Energy and all Goddesses - Immortality (Type 8, possibly Type 4 - A Goddess uses Share Energy - even just the slightest amount, whether from a Share Crystal or their own bodies - to sustain their existences, for it constitutes as their life force; without Share Energy, they will perish, and their existence will be no more. Additionally, as said by Histoire in Chapter 11 of Sisters VS Sisters, there are very few things that are capable of killing a Goddess, and given prior knowledge from previous games, is implicitly stating that the Share Energy used by said Goddess or Goddesses protects them from perishing, therefore meaning that Goddesses can only perish due to a lack of Share Energy (which is shown through both Uzume in VII, and Future Nepgear in Sisters VS Sisters) or through a select few alternative methods, such as the use of Gehaburn. Share Energy has been shown to have resurrection capabilities, but whether this works automatically for Goddesses with Share Energy is unknown)
- Kurome - Resistance to Purification (Type 2 - The massive amount of Negative Energy Kurome has stored up - noted to be decades worth of it by Blanc - was able to quickly erase the Share Energy used by the Goddesses in an attempt to purify Heart Dimension, and by extension, Kurome)
- Kurome - Transformation via Fusionism (Fused with the Dark Goddesses to become Dark Orange)
- Kurome - Immortality (Types 4 and 8 - After she perished following the end of the first fight against Dark Orange, Kurome was resurrected by Negative Energy, stating that she will be reborn so long as her main body remains tainted by negativity)
