Two mighty warriors sit at a table, resting their right elbows on the surface and gripping the other's hand. The greatest arm wrestling match in the history of the multiverse begins.

Speed is equalized, just in case.

All superpowers that don't contribute to their physical strength aren't allowed. Both parties honor this rule.

No prior knowledge, both in character.

The table is in a gamma-irradiated field on Earth at high noon with clear skies.

This is your superman
Hulkster
Supes: 8
Hulkster: 3

I..kinda have to give it to Supes, because confirmed multi-stellar lifting strength, but at the same time, WWHulk's lifting strength is a mostly unknown value, beyond scaling from previous feats.

...At the same time that Hulk gains strength exponentially based on rage, and based on gamma absorption, Superman gets stronger based on the Sun...

Yeah, Supes. The gamma radiation around Hulk will get absorbed long before the Sun goes out for Supes--the question is, will WWHulk be strong enough by the time he's absorbed all the radiation to overcome Supes?

Hulk is a good bit stronger then Superman

And he can get continually angrier and stronger as the fight goes on.

Actually, that picture isn't the Hulk, it's Hulk-Jeet, when Baljeet from Phineas and Ferb absorbed the Hulk's powers in Mission Marvel.
Yes, it would seem that he was not the true Hulk. I've edited the content appropriately, and you should be happy to see that the image used is now irrefutably, without a doubt, the Hulk.
