Genie

Hulk

Speed is equalized. Genie has already used his ability grow arms and legs, so he can fight Hulk without a wielder. Both are 4-B, with Green Hulk being used. The fight will take place on some asteroids in the asteroid belt, and victory is to be achieved via KO, incap, or death.

Also, Hulk can breathe in space. Just for this fight.

GENIE
"Snapping someone's neck... Why, it's just like turning a door knob. Sorry? You didn't ask. Excuse my gushing."

I'm pretty sure Hulk is millions of times stronger.

Sentry, who World War Hulk fought, is the most powerful SS character in marvel, and has the power of "one million exploding suns", or in our terms, one megafoe.

Well to give you an idea of how strong Genie is:

Genie scales to this feat (which was done extremely casually)

Plus there are plenty of enemies in Gingiva who can create Quark stars for their attacks, which I calc'd here

Then there's the black hole feat in the former blog as well. Not arguing, just providing info.

Ah. Regular Hulk would be way closer to his level, as Thor is in the Kilofoe range.

Genie takes it with slightly superior AP and hax.

I might as well go with the Genie too due to the slightly superior AP alongside the License to Kill savvy guarenteeing to at least knock out the Hulk.

The thing with License to Kill is that it's an attack that doesn't hit very often. It's like the Fissure or the Sheer Cold of Gingiva.
