Genie
GENIE (1)
...and I know a place not far away from here... a paradise dripping with milk and honey. A sanctuary for minds matched to ours.
~ Genie, to Gingiva
Powers and Stats

Tier: Low 2-C

Name:
Genie

Origin: Middens

Gender: N/A

Age: Unknown

Classification: Talkative Revolver

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Body Control (Can grow arms and legs, its tongue can act as a straw to suck up blood), Size Manipulation (Grew to a much larger size to fight The Nomad), Explosion Manipulation (Via Powder Keg), Durability Augmentatio, Its bullets are eggs that birth more Genies from the corpses of its victims which are fertilized with blood, Illusion Creation (Via Gun Metal Gleam), Summoning/Chi Negation (Can expell The Nomad's Chakra-based proxies from battle), Healing, Death Manipulation (Via License to Kill), Transformation, Poison Manipulation (Via Lichen), Fire Manipulation (Via Heavy Incendia), Strength Augmentatio (Via Agro), Can inflict damage with just a glare, Spacetime Manipulation + Portal Creation (Can shoot holes to other dimensions), Darkness Manipulation (Can charge up powerful bursts of dark energy, which don't use up any bullets), Hammerspace (Can contain and keep well over a couple dozen bullets in reserve despite being the size of a normal revolver with no visible storage compartments for bullets), can harm Conceptual/Non-Corporeal beings (Its bullets can damage and kill the Cherubs and the Angels, which are stated in A Time Nomad's Animalia to be sentient concepts and ideas)

Attack Potency: Universe level+ (Can blast holes through time and space, which took the Coolie to what is either the past or another reality, Capable of killing Coolie as well as numerous clones of him. Also defeated Quiddity, who stated that he could potentially transcend space and time)

Speed: FTL (Can keep up with the Time Nomad and dodge light-based attacks from his proxies, its bullets can tag the Gene Player, who could casually resist a black-hole's gravitational pull)

Lifting Strength: Unknow

Striking Strength:
Universal+ (Can physically trade blows with those who can harm it and take hits from its bullets)

Durability: Universe level+ (Can survive the recoil of its own bullets and high-concentrated gunpowder explosions)

Stamina: Unknown, likely very high, seemingly never rests until its work is done, which it states is never

Range: Melee via growing arms and legs, several meters with bullets

Standard Equipment:

  • Bullet Seeds: Genie can produce a great quantity of these eggs that are shaped like (and presumably have the same density of) bullets, and keep countless of them in reserve, despite being just a small revolver.
Intelligence: Should be very high, well versed in vocabulary and analogies, skilled in manipulating and guiding its hosts

Weaknesses:

  • Outside of its final forms in both Middens and Gingiva, where it grows arms and legs, it needs a wielder or "host" to pull its trigger in order to fire.
  • While it can produce many more bullets than a standard revolver can and keep dozens upon dozens of them in reserve, Genie's bullet-producing glands can eventually "dry out". Whether this is from excessive overuse or lack thereof is unknown.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Savvies (Middens):

  • Trigger: Genie fires a bullet.
  • Heavy Incendia: A powerful burst of fire. Issues Sanguine damage on a single enemy.
  • Greater Rift: A magical attack that does neutral damage. Judging by its animation, it seems to be darkness-based, but it could also be a form of spacetime manipulation, assuming the name is referring to rifts in space and time.
  • Bite: Genie bites a target.
  • Agro: Increases Genie's attack power.
  • Lichen: Inflicts the Lichen state on an opponent, which gradually saps their HP over time.
Final Genie's Savvies (Middens):

  • Mass Rift: A variant of Greater Rift that attacks all targets.
  • Reap: An attack that does major damage to the entire enemy party. This ability is almost capable of wiping out The Nomad and all of his proxies with one use. The attack manifests as spinning skulls with dark purple aura being placed over all of the enemies, but what the attack actually does to inflict damage is unknown.
  • Exuent: Final Genie is capable of expelling The Nomad's summoned proxies from duel, one by one, forcing them to retreat back into him until he calls them back out again.
  • Oogle: A glare that unnerves the target, damaging them.
  • Sonar: A sound-based attack.
  • Heavy Incendia: Same as original Genie's Heavy Incendia, but far stronger.
Savvies (Gingiva):

  • Powder Keg: A high-powered, concentrated gunpowder blast. In Gingiva, it comes with a much more powerful variant that damages all targets.
  • Gun Metal Gleam: A flash of light that tricks the eye and creates illusions, making it more difficult for the opponent to hit Genie.
  • Daemon Link: Genie links with some healing spirits to heal Genie or one of her allies.
  • License to Kill: Inflicts death on the target if the attack hits, but the attack itself is highly inaccurate.
  • Bag of Tricks: Genie pulls from a bag, which allows it to use a random move pulled from a plethora of possible moves that are known in the game.
  • Espy: A glare that unnerves and damages the opponent.
Sailor Galaxia
Sailor galaxia2
Powers and Stats

Tier: Low 2-C

Name:
Sailor Galaxia, Galaxia, Soldier of Solitude and Destruction

Origin: Sailor Moo

Gender: Female

Age: Unknown. Likely hundreds of years old at least.

Classification: Humanoid alien, Sailor Senshi, Leader of Shadow Galactica

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Forcefield Creation, Energy Manipulation, Energy Projection, Transformation, Immortality (Types 1 and 8; as long as her Sailor Crystal is not destroyed or modified, she will always come back to life), Magic, Essence Manipulation (Manipulation of the totality of one's Being; Energy, Matter, Mind, Soul and Spirit), Can destroy star seeds and all the above, bypassing durability, reducing them to nothingness, and reconstruct beings to be loyal to her will, Dream Manipulation (Can attack on the mental plane in dreams), Clairvoyance (Can see distant events in the past and can hear thoughts thousands of miles away), Can walk through magic barriers easily, Enhanced Senses, Telepathy, Electricity Manipulation, Can survive in the void of outer space, Teleportation (Can also teleport with others and through dimensions), Stealth Mastery, Power Bestowal (Can bestow/channel powers into her subjects), Space-Time Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Reincarnation/Revitalizatio (With Sailor Crystal), Telekinesis, Aura, Can impose the concept of destruction

Attack Potency: Universe level+ (Galaxia was able to counter Sailor Moon's strongest attack). Is able to ignore durability and destroy an enemy by manipulating their essence.

Speed: Infinite (keep up with Eternal Sailor moon)

Lifting Strength: Unknow (Stronger than Eternal Sailor Moon)

Striking Strength: Universal+ (Can counter Sailor Moon's strongest attack)

Durability: Universe level+ (Could survive within Chaos' grasp)

Stamina: Unknown. Likely Very High (Galaxia was able to perform very powerful attacks, likely comparable to Sailor Moon)

Range: Universal+

Standard Equipment: Galactica Bracelets, The Sapphire Crystal (Her Sailor Crystal, and the Ultimate Force of Destruction), energy whip, sword (anime only)

Intelligence: Very Skilled and Experienced Warrior and General. Firm grasp of Tactics and Strategy. Has Hidden Wisdom that surprised even Sailor Cosmos.

Weaknesses: None notable

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Point: By pointing her finger Galaxia can rip out the Star Seed (Essence) of a person, reducing the rest of them to nothingness. Using their Star Seed Galaxia can recreate them as loyal subjects of hers. This attack is unblockable and destroys a person's energy/spirit, body, mind, and soul. It can work on multiple targets at once.
  • Galactica Inflation: Galaxia seems to expand her local space-time, creating crackling dark lightning around her. This attack perfectly equaled and countered an attack from Eternal Sailor Moon that one-shot the Powered-Up Eternal Guardian and Outer Senshi.
  • Galactica Super String: Galaxia generates a powerful wave of cosmic energy from her body. She attempted to knock Sailor Moon into the Galaxy Cauldron with it. The attack is mainted for a shorter amount of time then Galactica Inflation, but is more potent in terms of energy.
  • Henshin: Has access to her civilian form as well.
  • Bracelets: Sailor Galaxia could fire blasts from her bracelets that would remove a person's Star Seed; thus destroying them entirely.
  • Whip: Sailor Galaxia once used a glowing golden whip to strike down Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune.
  • Sword: Sailor Galaxia possessed a sword which strongly resembled the Fuuin no Ken.
I'm bored.

Speed Equalized, Starting range is Genie's effective range.

Who wins?

Really depends what's Galaxia's character. If she doesn't warp to death from the start, she gets shot down.

I believe it's in-character for Galaxia to point right away.

Though if Genie leads with Oogle, she/it wins. (Since Glaring > Pointing)

Well it glares.

It does damage.

And that damage is around 10000x stronger than Galaxia's strongest non-dura negating attack.

well, if she sees that the attack that the opponent is powerful, she can simply teleport / create an illusion and point him who bypass dura and is "almost" instantanously

Also about Genie he don't start with this, is arsenal is pretty big, it's a disadvantage here

It's never explained how moves like Ogle or License to Kill work. They just sort of do what the game says they do, without explaining how. Gingiva and Middens are both weird games that work in vague, abstract ways. The attack animations don't tell you much, either. They just sort of flash weird colors and patterns across the screen.

It all basically resembles stuff like this:

11th dimension Mr. Freedom
Anybody have a clue as to what's going on here?

Ogle isn't that hard to explain though. It flashes various images of eyes opening and closing over the opponent.

I think it's safer to assume that Ogle only works if eye contact is made. By its attack description, it is "a glare that unnerves the opponent", apparently enough to inflict damage. So naturally you'd have to be looking at Genie to get unnerved by it.

I don't know how License to Kill works, though. Not a clue.

As for my vote on the matchup, I think it is very much in character for Genie to open with glaring the opponent down. Consider this line of dialog from the particular scene where Gingiva finds Genie in a vending machine.

Mantideyed
"Studying you".

This indicates that staring people down is kind of Genie's thing. It's definitely going to open up with a glare, because that's something people naturally do when they're about to get into fights; Name to me one movie where someone pointed a gun at someone else's head with a friendly look in their eyes.

However Genie's glare definitely isn't as powerful as its bullets; it's no stretch to assume that Gingiva would easily be put do death by a single bullet from Genie, and yet she survived a whole conversation with it staring her down.

If Galaxia can endure a glare from Genie without getting "unnerved" to death (unlikely, considering the AP/Dura gap) then she'll probably have time to point at Genie and end it right there. Otherwise she'll end up down on her knees, where Genie puts her down with a bullet.

Dude. I should do Genie vs. Chuck Norris.
