Usually it would be his intangible attacks/possible soul attacking, attacks. Which is done through a giant non-physical aspect of himself. He can also reduce damage he takes from his opponents via his focus, which is generally passive. With enough focus he can reduce any damage he takes to 0.

His main go to in a tight spot is Grand Dark Burst, which reduces his opponents overall attack potency/damage output down by a couple hundered times and makes all their abilities do next to no damage. From there he yeets them.

The feat he scales to is 26x away from Solar System level, and there are over 100 animals at least twice as strong as the last that scale upwards from that, and Scorch is stronger than all of them by a considerable amount. But he should be above baseline by a considerable amount.

AP won't really be a big factor either way if he can reduce damage output, sometimes to 0 and use Grand Dark Burst to lower his opponents overall stats considerably

If the feat is 26x away from Solar System level, and there are over 100 animals who scale upwards from that, each being around twice as strong, I don't see why it would just be baseline.

If he's scaling well above baseline 44 Kilofoe that's in Huljs favor by over a thousand times

He is scaling well above baseline, but yeah, Hulk is probably stronger physically. But Scorch has things to counter the AP gap and bring it closer if needed.
