Hulk (MCU) vs All Might

All Might beats down this lesser Noumu FRB.

Joking manner but actually serious. It was a different key but AM already beat something that was a greater threat to him than Hulk that had the same but superior powerset, all while on a time limit of a minute. Here we have an AM with a slight AP advantage and the opponent doesn't have help or really good regen and shock absorption.

i know this is a bit dumb but the title says mcu and the link leads to comics.
that aside hulk harmed thor who destroyed sokovia with 2610000000000000 kilojoules of energy all might on the other hand 3666767906655420 kilojoules giving all might a 1.4x ap advantage but hulk does possess low-mid regen slightly lower than noumu´s but not terrible, so the above points stand, however hulks strength will only increase as the fight goes on, (due to him getting stronger as he gets angrier.) so the ap advantage wont last long or at the very least it will shink. and they are in character so if they fight in a city or other populated area (which is incredibaly likely.) allmight will be holding back so he doesnt hurt bystanders and will have to protect civilians througout the fight, where as hulk can put everything into beating the crap out of allmight. meaning allmights ap will be lowered due to holding back, he will tire out faster due to trying to do everything at once and he will be distracted and taken off gaurd more easily. ontop of that hulk has greater lifting strength which he could use to overpower allmight and/or pin him down. im not voting just stateing
also the noumu fight aint the greatest of refrence as allmight only beat him via bfr, (the cops later found noumu completely unharmed) where as allmight in that fight was pushed to his very limit to the point where he almost revealed his skeletal form.

Hulk's regen is not slighlty below Noumu's. Hulk regens a tooth and a bloody nose over a several minute fight. Noumu regens limbs in a second.
Hulk's strength won't matter when he gets bodied in 30 seconds. The number he scaled to KO'd a guy who is relative to him, AM is casually 1.4x greater than that by flexing his muscles. You'd need to quantify the rage amp to say he would become stronger.
AM performed that 800 megaton feat while two 14 year olds were right next to him in the center of a city. He will still use his full strength.
What civilians need to be protected? Hulk isn't going to target them and All Might sure isn't.
Tire out? He has 3 hours to clap Hulk, something which he can definitely do since he has every single relevant advantage in this fight. Lifting won't matter when he gets combo'd all over Central Park. Compare this to Hulk's what? 5 minutes?
The Noumu fight is a perfect example. BFR is still a wincon. All Might had used up his time for the day and thats why he was late to the class. He had a minute left and still beat Noumu despite getting hard countered. Look at Hulk's Abomination fight, overpowered at every turn aside from the boxing taxi which he no longer does. It took getting the crap beaten out of him and Betty being Blonsky's target to finally rage amp and beat him with a sneak attack.
