misunderstanding of how stuff works in the verse tbh. hoyo has a problem where all their upgrades come with a potential downgrade because of their wording and what not lol. you can easily argue back h1c with the same scans used to downgrade it but yk 3 month cd + 50 other crts to nuke the verse
