So I was browsing through the HTTYD verse, and I noticed a couple of things that seemed off:
The red death is currently scaling to this calculation via being stronger than the deadly nadder (the dragon that preformed the feat). However it has no reason to scale to this calculation physically, as the feat is purely heat based. Because HTTYD has no universal energy system the Red Death should upscale from the next highest feat, which would be this one.
The bewilderbeast also has no calculations on its page, instead scaling to 7-C via destroying berk and creating a large ice structure. It to should downscale from the next highest feat
