The feat goes like this; there are many planets in many galaxies entirely covered by metal, and the defeat of one being makes all of that metal disintegrate at once.

I imagine this would be a pretty good 5-A feat, but idk.

You'd probably need a lot of planets to get to 5-A. Seems like a chain reaction thing that shouldn't be scaled out, but at best I suppose you'd calc frag for the sheet of metal over each planet, which is probably High 6-A per planet.

Looking at the feat better I can't tell if it's a chain reaction or not, there is both technology and reality warping going on. I also don't know how many planets were affected by this so I guess I will ignore the feat.

Thanks for answering.
