How strong would a character be if he destroyed the space-time continuum of a universe without actually destroying the universe?

Destroying the space-time continuum of a verse means you're destroying all of the space and time in the universe, meaning all of the matter and time in it would be erased. Space and time are linked together are linked together and you can't destroy the space-time continuum without wiping out all the matter in it.

On the other hand, you can destroy all of the matter in the verse, but space and time would still remain intact since they're 4-D concepts.

Thus Low 2-C would be the answer to your question.

Now that makes much more sense than what I was told. A friend of mine said you could do it without destroying the physical universe. Thanks!

Just like reppuzan said, destroying all time and space result to the destruction of everything including the Universe.

About you friend's statement, there's no such thing. Only affecting space time continuum that won't lead to the destruction of the universe.
