This ability works on acasual, abstact and nonexistence (complete) beings.

So, how strong this character is compared to other 2-A?

Those powers would only allow him to beat some lower rank 2-A and mostly have inconclusive matchs

Most 2-A characters can't be put down without offensive haxs

The Anti-Monitor, Archie Shadow, Bilious Slick and pretty much any baseline 2-A character that can be harmed and killed by regular attacks and doesn't have some major regen (High-Mid or higher)

Pretty sure he'd have inconclusive with nearly all 2-As, the only exceptions being ones that bypass his law.

Maybe.

The only 2-A that i think would classify as prideless is Lavos

I don't know of any other 2-A that would not be affected by that law
