How strong is Achilles heel?

I don't think it is invulnerable he called it iron skin not indestructible also when hit into a tree despite not being injured he claimed it hurt.Correct me if I'm wrong

In Mythology, Achilles was dunked in the River Styxx and Acheron at the fork, this made it where the Underworld was unsure of when Achilles was supposed to ride the river and pay the boatman.

In short, it made it where the Underworld wasn't sure when Achilles was supposed to die, so no physical death would suffice, it required him being shot in the ankle (the Heel, to be exact) as that is where his mother held him at.

Understand that in Mythology, this is the same Achilles who was championed by Athena and bedded Aphrodite IIRC, who's mother was a Sea Nymph (a daughter of Poseidon by extention) and rightly a quarter demigod.

Hector, however, was no pushover either, being a descendant of Apollo.

The heel is the weakness. He's probably normal human durability there (or whatever baseline durability he was supposed to have), higher everywhere else.

He was dunked in the river Styx but he was held at the heel so it was the only part that did not enter the river, hence it lacking whatever makes him so invulnerable.

^Well, that's half of it. The Heel is the only place Achilles can be killed at.

I imagine we're discussing Mythology Achilles.
