How powerful is Mikaboshi?

Mikaboshi is 3-A due to casually killing Zeus, but I'm wondering where exactly he sits in the 3-A tier based on his level of power and abilities.

I'm highly curious as he's one of my favorite Marvel villians and I'd like to make some matches for him that aren't outright stomps or mismatches like my last thread...

When there's a few 3B+ characters that combine their Might into a single attack that Mikaboshi completely decimates with the atmost ease him being 3A makes sense

Also most of the Sky fathers including Odin will be 3A at some point.
